Yes. As a home-based groomer I can offer a quieter, one-to-one environment, helping nervous dogs feel more relaxed. Every groom is carried out at your dog’s pace.
This depends on your dog’s breed, coat type, size and behaviour. Most appointments take between 1.5 and 3 hours.
No. Dogs generally settle much better when owners are not present. I’ll contact you as soon as your dog is ready for collection.
I ask that all dogs are up to date with their routine vaccinations or have appropriate titre testing, to help protect all dogs visiting the salon.
What if my dog has fleas?
If your dog’s welfare is compromised by matting, clipping the coat short may be the kindest option. There maybe an additional cost for this. I’ll always discuss this with you before proceeding where possible.
Absolutely! I recommend introducing puppies from around 12 weeks old, once they’ve had the appropriate vaccinations and your vet is happy for them to attend.
Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks, depending on their breed, coat type and lifestyle.
I accept bank transfer, cash and card payments.
Yes. A £15 booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full grooming fee.
Yes, free parking is available directly outside the grooming pod for easy drop-off and collection.

Yes. Dogs are professionally hand dried using specialist grooming dryers to ensure the coat is properly dried before clipping or styling.
Absolutely. If I notice anything unusual during the groom, such as lumps, skin irritation, ear issues or injuries, I’ll let you know when you collect your dog and recommend veterinary advice if appropriate.
