Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them has never just been a job to me — it’s who I am.
I spent 7 years working in veterinary practice, where I developed a real understanding of animal care, behaviour, patience, and the importance of creating a calm and trusting environment for every pet.
I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life, especially my beloved dachshunds Alfie and Dora, who even had three beautiful puppies of their own.
They’re a huge part of the inspiration behind Bennett & Hounds and the reason this journey means so much to me.
Anyone who knows me knows I’m a huge animal lover — my favourite thing to watch is David Attenborough documentaries, I genuinely love spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for.
Creating a calm, gentle experience for every dog is at the centre of everything I do. I understand how important it is for owners to feel completely comfortable leaving their pets in someone else’s care, and I hope Bennett & Hounds becomes a place both dogs and owners feel genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at ease.
I have completed my iPET Network Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming & Salon Management, alongside Canine Oral Hygiene, Pet First Aid, and Hand Stripping, and I’m excited to welcome your beautiful pets to Bennett & Hounds
